I'm not a user, but, being in the vendor space for a while, I've continued to hear great things about Virtuous. I'd recommend giving them an evaluation.

We are currently evaluating our CRM and wondering what others are using. We currently are setup with Salesforce NPSP and feeling as though we need to make a change. The current options that we are looking at are HubSpot, as they appear to have a great marketing platform. The CRM is not set for Non-profits but going to be taking a look at what the partner can do to make it work. We also are looking at Raiser Edge NXT, which from experience their marketing platform is not so easy to us. Does any have experience using either platform? Are there other CRMs that people are using and happy with?
