We are a small rural hospital and in our 4th year with an Employee Giving Campaign. I am trying to determine what is the norm for a rural hospital with 550 employees? We can't seem to get past 27%.
Employees of an organization with a strong culture and high level of engagement should be its most vocal and passionate supporters. A successful employee giving campaign gives them the chance to demonstrate that commitment while providing a solid foundation for the hospital’s philanthropic efforts
