Donor Engagement: Your New Measure to Increase Revenue

In donor analytics, we examine how connected a donor is to our organization by counting how frequently they give, how often they increase their giving, how many events they attend, etc. But, when asked, donors who look connected may reveal they actually feel disengaged. And some donors who say they are so engaged they cannot imagine a world without our organization may not even be in an officer’s portfolio. Measuring engagement is new to the field of fundraising and accessible for almost all development programs.
