Hello, AHP Colleagues. Do any of you work with a vendor who can process monthly credit card payments as part of a subscription giving program?
My organization is fully integrated with Blackbaud (Net Community, Raiser's Edge) but our gift receipting team prefers to only process monthly recurring charges of $100 or more. For accounting purposes, they also cannot manage open-ended recurring charges (each gift must be associated with a pledge and not be open ended). I'm needing a firm that can manage monthly gifts of $10 or more and then provide the gift and donor detail with payment so we can enter/associate those recurring contributions.
I've tried Network for Good but they'd prefer to replace Blackbaud as our donor management system, which is not possible for us.
Any thoughts about vendors who can help me with monthly gift processing that integrates into Raiser's Edge?
