AHP Spark is a comprehensive, year-long mentoring initiative for early- to mid-career healthcare fundraisers, offering them valuable insights and practical knowledge to advance their careers. This virtual program features a series of interactive sessions where participants engage with recognized leaders in healthcare philanthropy. Each session includes a preparatory "homework" assignment, such as reading materials, webinars, or podcasts, followed by a live discussion via Zoom. These discussions are designed as "flipped classroom" experiences, encouraging active participation and lively conversations between participants and expert facilitators. Some sessions may also use a more traditional format, with a live presentation followed by discussion. In this pilot year, the cohort is capped at just 15 members to allow for higher quality discussions, personalized guidance and stronger relationships.
