  • 1.  Vendor who can coordinate Blackbaud Net Community, Social Media and Snail Mail?

    Hello, AHP LIST-erines!

    Has anyone found a vendor who can coordinate acquisition, retention and upgrade efforts across both snail mail and social media using Blackbaud Net Community in concert with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling tool? I'm trying to "dovetail" my messaging across my electronic and paper communications--and make it all work with my website. Any recommendations--if there is such a firm? (I prefer recommendations from other practitioners, if possible, and not direct approach from vendors.)
